★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kyle and Seryne were more than accommodated when I screwed up the dates on an embroidered hat. They went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of on a hat that meant a lot to me, although it was my fault. They single handedly gain a lids customer for life. Thank you so much guys!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Two weeks ago I stopped into browse. My purchases are not in the least influenced by sales tactics or overbearing service. I’m not special and can read the sales tags, but thank you. What I do appreciate though is an engaged, knowledgeable, personable and professional employee. Lids management, the young man that was managing the store like a beauty is worthy of recognition. What’s principal and most impressive, he didnt exude the typical, “I’m too good for this job attitude.” Taking pride in what you do is a great quality and gets recognized. I’ll hire you anyday.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered some stuff online and paid extra for shipping and handling to find out that you pay for nothing because the promised 3 to 7 days shipping was im fact 10 days. Called customer service and basically got told that its not their problem. Will be taking my business to jersey city from now on amd no more lids for us

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wish you could rate no stars because honestly worst customer service I have experienced in my life. Especially for something as simple as selling and stitching a HAT. Got a hat as a birthday gift and it was stitched improperly. Original buyer brought back and the employees couldn't seem to be of any help. Put matters into my own hands and was told IT will be restitched. BEEN A MONTH. Keep getting the run around and told it will be done. Then the original buyer goes back for it ( 4th time in the past 2 weeks ) and no one could find the hat WHICH is no longer their property. If I was the owner of this outlet I would be making sure my hat gets stitched and than any hat in the store with free stitching for the troubles of my dealing with incompetent employees !! Not impressed
