★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hudson's Bay has gone down hill over the years. Terrible customer service every time, employees seem annoyed by you asking to try something on or asking for assistance to find an item. All change rooms closed expect one. Online customer service is even worse. Don't waste your time shopping here, not worth it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Bay has been one of the most disorganized stores for years. I hate it when I need to go there. I like the brands, the products but why can't the bay figure out how to organize clothing? Its like the store does not want you to find what you are looking for and want to force you to waste your time, going through many racks of clothes. For example, need to buy a pair of white pants, where can I go find white pants? Mixed into every other thing...the bay is a mess. Avoid it when I can since it's like going into a thrift store but you have to spend 5 times as much money. Luckily there are many other places where we can go buy clothes that are organized and respect my time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This Hudsons bay is really different compared to any other Hudson bay I've ever been to. Usually I really enjoy shopping in Bay and find great items. This store however is not one of them. Store is always messy, not even a single rack is in order of size. The categories are all mixed up and not easy to navigate. It is really hard to find someone to help you on the floor. It feel like employees are hiding and avoiding customers. The only option u have is to go stand in the cashier line and ask the cashier if u have any questions. Sometimes I even see damage items or returned items for sell. It feel like you are shopping in a second hand store. I don't think if I would go back to this store and prefer to shop online if I need anything from Hudson bay.
