★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My 86 year old mother just got home after being traumatized by the man who works in the salon. He spent the whole hour telling her how she needed a boyfriend. Said her hands were cold and she should get a boyfriend who could give her a hickey. She had to go to the sink to wash her hands and she uses a Walker. The man said she should have a boyfriend who would help her so she didn’t need a Walker anymore. She won’t be going back and neither will I. What a CREEP! Who talks to a frail, elderly woman like that?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came in with my daughter to get a full set of nails. They ground down her nails way to far, my daughter was crying when we left.
The polish didn't stay and they overcharged $20 more than they initially said making excuses that did not make sense for the extra charges.
Stay clear of this place. The bad reviews are HONEST reviews. And I see how they try and reply on here and accuse the customers of wrong doing. NOT PROFESSIONAL. Accept that you need better service practices. I am not even sure the old man that worked on her nails is licensed, and he took forever. Overall, horrible experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My friend and I chose this place at random while we were in Kelowna. We booked the appointment the night before via Facebook. They were quick to respond to my Facebook message, and they were on time for our appointments. The service was great - they were so friendly! They obviously know what they are doing because our toes and fingers look amazing! (We both got a a shellac pedicure with paraffin wax treatment and a manicure). The price was right on par with other salons. The place, tubs, and tools were clean and well-maintained. They are located in the old Wal-Mart photo centre, so location and parking make it super easy. I'd definitely go back next time I come to town again! Thank you! ???
