★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've tried a range of places for shellac pedicures since I moved to Kelowna, and to be honest, they were all terrible and overpriced, until I found this gem (pun intended). I had my shellac pedi done a week ago, and it still looks like it was done yesterday. The staff were incredibly friendly, the place was clean, we were the end of their day and there was no hint of rushing us whatsoever. This is now my spot.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I LOVE Crystal Nails. I am not from Kelowna and tried out this place on a whim 5 or so years ago, now it is a must stop every time I am in town. The BEST quality pedicure I have ever had, I get regular polish and every time I have gone a month OR MORE with no chips or imperfections. I don’t book with anyone specific which speaks to the skills of every single woman that works here, they are ALL amazing. I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone. I now bring my brothers for pedicures and they love it just as much as me! 10/10 recommend!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a pedicure at your salon 2 days ago it was my first time there. The lady who did my pedicure was really friendly but to look at my feet you would never know I had one, my heels are still rough and they look so dry. Really not happy so I will not be returning , wasted $50.00.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best set of nails I’ve ever had! They’re still on over a month later and they did exactly what I asked. Some of the girls weren’t as experienced and needed more direction but I really appreciated getting exactly what I wanted, and I love that they used my requests as a learning moment for one of the girls. I’ll add a photo of my nails now (a month and a week in). I’ll be getting them filled there again soon, very impressed!
