Great personal service and the gentleman who did my pedicure was fantastic, best foot massage ever! Hot rocks and a very thing. Never had a pedicure where I felt so absolutely pampered and relaxed. Nails service was top notch as well colour match and design match was on point! Even matched my toes to the acrylic nails!

My nails are absolutely perfect, and the customer service was excellent. Found my new salon.

I honestly hate leaving bad reviews, but I feel I need to let others know about my terrible experience. I have been to Beautiful Nails about 3 times before this experience and they always did a good job so I returned, but I recently went on Saturday afternoon with my friend and from the moment we walked in the lady that did my nails treated me like an inconvenience that I was there. The whole time I felt so rushed, and as she was doing my pedicure and asked what colour I wanted, they were out of every colour. She begun to get frustrated with me for choosing the colours, and threw the bin into my lap and said to pick another colour while grabbing at my hands to file my nails on one and soak the other in a little thing of water (although the pedicure wasn't even close to being finished). I was super confused how I was supposed to choose a colour on the colour wheels with my hands being tugged at, but I nicely asked if there were similar options and she rolled her eyes and walked away. I felt so anxious and stressed the whole time due to her behaviour that I broke down into tears and started to panic. I did not want to be there anymore, so as I was crying and trying to catch my breath, I walked up to the front and explained to the lady at the front what happened. She proceeded to charge me for part of the pedicure priced at $30.00. I still am quite shocked that I was charged for that experience, but I paid so that I could just get out of there and wait in the car. My friend and the lady that did her nails was also just as shocked and didn't understand why her colleague was acting that way. When I got home, I had to file my crooked toe nails, and paint them myself. They called me later that evening to see if I wanted to come back for my manicure the next day... sorry but no.

Honestly I have come to this salon on and off for many years and I am not to sure if it is new ownership. But what I can say was this was the quickest and the best set of acrylics I've ever gotten. Lyn was amazing thank you, I will be back periodically again to this salon!

My daughter and I have been using their facilities for about 3 yrs now and have been very happy with them. The girls are all very nice and they do a great job.

Loan did my nails today, she was amazing to talk with and did a great job. (“Kim was also not bad thats what my friend said”) would love to come back but we are from vancouver ??

Very friendly staff from booking my appointment to the end of my massage. Efficient and a great environment. I had the relaxation massage and it was definitely worth the price. The lady who helped me was very kind too. (I think her name was Loanne).

This place is the worst pedicure Ive ever had. Ive never left a review before but I felt I needed to with my experience with this place. I got a pedicure 2 days ago and now my toe is infected, I saw they use the same tools on everyone without sanitizing them in between clients, the girl doing my pedicure didnt change her gloves going from the appointment before me, mine and the appointment after mine. That is completely disgusting to me and clearly my toe infection is a result of their unhygenic practices. Also my nails were horribly shaped, some of them are still long and pointy and others are short and round. DO NOT GO HERE
