★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was worried about going to a new salon in Kelowna, especially since Defy's prices are lower than other places in the city. But it was such a good experience! Dani was very thorough in highlighting my hair, but also finished quite quickly! She did an excellent job dying my hair and asked questions to make sure I was getting what I wanted. She is a talented stylist and a good conversationist. I will be going back to Defy and would highly recommend to anyone!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The only salon that I go to. Staff is always friendly and they have so many services to offer. I am always happy when I leave! My hair is always done perfect same with my nails. I have had a pedicure and it was amazing! They even have laser hair removal and piercing! I always find new things to try while I am there. I always recommend friends and people I meet to go there and always get compliments for my nails and hair thank you Defy! ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is 100% a hidden gem Dani and Hailey are AMAZING. My daughter and I were there for 3 hours today and it felt like 10 minutes. They are both so friendly, outgoing and talented. I highly recommend checking this place out!! Worth every penny

I went in and saw Angela and she was able to take my patchy mess and not only got the color I wanted, but she also created a beautiful dimension of highlights and lowlights. She's a master of her craft and I would highly recommend her and Defy Hair & Esthetics to anyone.
