J	Jolina on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you don’t make an appointment made Via online or don’t have any tests to drop of then u have to wait in a walk-in line if u have a preregistration or anything else and if you don’t get there before like 3:30 than u have a lesser chance of getting in and the pre-appointment line is checked in faster but other then that Really Wonderful Staff
B	Brian on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went into Valley Medical Lab this morning to have my blood taken. When I entered the room I was greeted by a friendly and attractive young woman and she began to look for a suitable vein to take blood from. I mentioned a very thick and visible vein on my right arm. Her response was quote, "That vein is small and insignificant". I was speechless. For 30 years I have been told by professionals that vein on my right arm is a 10/10 physical specimen. I tried to remain calm while she withdrew blood from another vein on my left arm, but I couldn't stop thinking have I been lied to my entire life? The vein on my right arm puts in Olympic level efforts to keep my whole arm from falling asleep, while maintaining an aesthetic pulsing purple hue. Two measurements of blood were taken from my inferior left arm vein and I left the lab confused.
D	Danielle E on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everyone is pretty great, but with the staff being required to dine and out the actual door by 4:30pm. There should be a last patient(s) accepted until this time advertised. I arrived over an hour before closing yesterday and was greeted by such a long line. I just turned around and left. Especially with the Covid requirements of only so allowed in the space at once and this expected to be in place for the next 2 Years. It me be time to make adjustments since there are people such as myself who require monthly testing and if you also have to give a urine test. Long lines are not something you should expect to also have to face.
D	Donna Love on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1 hour 15 min to get inside the door. Now another wait to see tech. Staff are definitely nice so don't give them a hard time! Heard someone in the lineup say it is faster at Leon location. More staff there and so no wait.
S	Sam Westfall on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just a heads up don’t wait in line after 4, even though they don’t close until 4:30, they let you stand there for a half an hour and don’t register any more patients. There was only 4 of us who waited it out after being there for an hour and a half already. My blood test had to be done yesterday as today I’m a specific week in my pregnancy and can no longer get the test done to make sure my baby is safe. I explained this to the lady she shrugged her shoulders and told me to go to another location that closes at 5. I told her it will take me almost that long to drive all the way there and they will probably turn me away too. Again she shrugged. In the last half an hour that we stood there they could have taken us in and gotten us out at exactly 4:30 or just a little after and they chose to ignore us. They could have told us at 4 that they were no longer accepting patients but we stayed hopeful. The lab tech was snarky and very rude with 0 sympathy. I understand they’re short staff, but maybe if you boss stops mandating that everyone who works needs a vaccine then you wouldn’t be so understaffed. This location (as well as others) needs to be open at a later time for people who get off work also. I have never seen a lab work this badly.
