I dropped it off and then returned a couple of hours later and met with Angel, who was friendly and down to earth. She saved me more than $200 and increased much of my coverage. I am very impressed with her knowledge and service.

There is almost always a wait but generally no longer than 30 minutes. I would say the service is mediocre as I dont find the employees to be very friendly. All in all if I walk out with insurance in a timely manner I am happy
G	Gmail and Google Account on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called for a new business homeowners quote for my current home. Avneet called back and advised she would send an online application. The form she sent appeared to be created by a child compared to those of other brokers or online companies. Some other brokers actually spoke to us, instead of just emailing the application. Insurance is a business of words/wordings. So, wouldn't the words/wordings of the application process equally important? It certainly painted a picture of a lack of professionalism. One follow up call, we called back, but no return. I am not sure what service would be like at claim time, but trying to place my business with this broker was poor. I am not sure if this is a business issue or an issue with an individual. I tried the website to find someone else to speak to, but staff is not listed. While I have quotes from every other broker/insurer contacted, I still don't have a quote from HUB.

I emailed him about a new trailer we bought and got a response back within half an hour that it was all completed, fully insured and I'd have my documents the next day! Highly recommend HUB Kelowna.
