★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Frustrating. I explained what I wanted and the young man went ahead and did his own thing only for me to have to explain myself again and wait for him to do what I wanted. Normally it's only a few minutes to renew my insurance. This place took nearly a half of an hour. I'll go to a different autoplan next time.
