★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing customer service! I contacted them about updating my banking information for my auto insurance and a small thing was dropped on their end in the newness of online renewal. However they totally owned up to their mistake and refunded me the error amount without hesitation or questions. John is AMAZING! Thankyou!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mike and his team at Southern Insurance are first class. Special props to Josh in their office for always promptly taking care of our car insurance needs. Even though we live in Vernon, we use Southern for our auto insurance needs. We are able to renew our auto insurance over the phone with them, so it’s even quicker and easier than going into a local insurance agency. Josh and the staff at Southern are very knowledgeable and are able to help us decide on the best coverages for our various vehicles. Keep up the great work !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Josh, the manager at Southern Insurance, has been helping me with my insurance for years now. Amazing service, and always finds the best (and safest) way to keep my insurance affordable! Every year around renewal time he goes above and beyond, texting me to remind me that I'm close to expiration and being quick to make sure my vehicle stays on the road. A mom of 3 kids not only are these reminders literally a life saver, but he also makes renewal quick and convenient by doing everything via text/email. Not having to drag all the kids along with me into the office saves me (and probably everyone in the office) a great amount of sanity.
As long as he's willing to put up with my forgetfulness and lame jokes, Josh will be stuck with me as a.customer until retirement! ?
