★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kelowna Valley Insurance handles all my insurance needs. The help me with vehicle insurance for my household, my business, my house insurance, and everything in between. They even offer travel insurance that I use for quick trips to u.s. . They do everything over the phone if needed. Always professional great service. I would not go anywhere else for my insurance needs.
They even call in advance to remind me if any of the insurance policies are expiring and make it very easy for me to renew.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't know how long I've been a paying client 15+ years.....zero claims. Just bought a new home. About 7 weeks ago (December), I went into their office to get a quote on the new place. Sat in an agent's office answering questions for 15 minutes and then she said she'd email me the quote.
Four days later, still no email. So I phoned. Was told it takes time and it's not ready yet. Stated I'd await the email.
Two days later, I realized I may have neglected to state that I was looking for replacement insurance, so I jumped on their website and emailed them.
It's now the first week of February. I never received an email, a text, or a phone call....Nothing!
I moved on and found another insurance company to insure me. Today, I'm trying to phone them and for an hour and a half, I just keep getting a message saying all lines are busy and to call back. No voicemail on your phone system???
Not happy about the service I've received....or rather, NOT received....and now I can't even call to cancel my policy.
LOOK ELSEWHERE FOLKS.
They're happy to take your money for 15 years, just apparently not happy to actually serve you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jill made my experience there a little less stressful. Got my plates switched from Alberta to BC in almost no time. She wasn't fond of the slush and snow to be honest! ??? an absolute pleasure to deal with though.

Had to deal with an awful person that looked and acted like a total Karen. If you hate your job you should quit so someone more deserving who actually likes to help people can take your place. Useless.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After the fiasco with the Glenmore location I chose to go to this location, where I was met with a very knowledgeable person Dawn Clarke, who was just new 3 weeks. She loved talking to people, very personable. In fact I even asked for her card which she did not have but wrote her name and direct # on the back of a business card. Thank you Dawn I will come back and see you for my next insurance need
