I saw Erin last month to renew my car insurance. She explained information I have never known about my car insurance. And she gave me options about my car insurance I never knew existed. And I ended up paying a little less on my car insurance. I will be seeing Erin next year that is for sure!

She was extremely helpful, specifically thorough and saved me more money than I thought possible. Insurance is probably one of my least favourite tasks, but Lisa made the experience a pleasure. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've had insurance with this branch for 11 years and recently the service has been awful. I've wanted to get my home insurance extended with them and have called 4 times. The one home insurance agent is ALWAYS bust and I've been told I'll get a call back 4 times, but they NEVER call back.
I've had no choice but to go to another insurance provider. It's pretty ridiculous they'd treat a long term customer like this.
Pretty sad that a company I held in such high regard has basically ignored me.
BTW - the standard reply from them will be "contact us at customer service". Don't bother, they're useless too.
