Edit: DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. Paid extra for a fast delivery, and its now been a week, with fake "attempted" deliveries, 0 updates, customer service telling you it's your own fault, and still no package. Purolator will lie, hold your packages hostage, and scam you out of paying for fast delivery. This company cannot ever do the bare minimum, will try to "help" through email but nothing gets done ever. Dealing with them is traumatizing. Please stay away people.

Kelowna Purolator is a scam. I’ve paid for deliveries multiple times over the past 2 months only to receive an email or text to pick up my order. The whole purpose of ordering online is for the convenience of having it delivered to your home. If you don’t deliver, what does your business do? I have instructed Amazon to no longer use Purolater for my orders, I have instructed all family and friends to not use Purolator and will be making a note on all online orders going forward to not use Purolator. I do not understand how this scam company is still operating.

The only delivery company that doesn't deliver. I have no issues with any other company but Purolator who just leave a paper telling you to come pick the package up a there facility. I now have to request my orders to go through any carrier but Purolator because it never gets dropped off.

Where do I start? The service at this depot is appalling! I paid for priority service for my documents to arrive in Edmonton by the following day at 9:00 am. I received a call from Purolator stating they had my envelope and named where it was going but they couldn't read the waybill. They actually had the envelope in their hand with the complete address but said they couldn't read their own waybill so it couldn't be delivered. I immediately called them back but it remained there for another week. These were timely and costly documents but their lack of concern was completely apparent. I went back to the Kelowna depot to see if they could help me and also give me a refund for being unable to deliver as promised. One of the ladies there was very cooperative but was unable to help me so she sent me home to phone the main office which I did. The agent there told me she couldn't do that and to go back to the Kelowna depot for the refund. Unfortunately this time I got Mary who "helped" me originally by sending me to the self-service kiosk to do my own label. She came across as very lazy and extremely rude and unhelpful. She refused to help me whatsoever; said there was nothing she could do and wouldn't phone the main office while I was there. Much much more to this story but suffice it to say I will recommend any OTHER delivery service than Purolator; particularly Kelowna Purolator. Well, after the initial criticism, above, I was contacted by their Social Media Customer Support who offered to look into this for me. I contacted her and explained the situation and that I only wanted the $42.68 I paid for next day service which didn't happen for 7 days. She said a cheque would be issued which I had already explained to the previous agent that I paid by Visa and wanted a refund by Visa. That agent took my Visa information but the refund never came which I advised the Social Media rep. Her "resolution" was for me to contact the accounting department. Here we go again...... Resolution????? Service?????? Why did the agent take my Visa number yet no refund came? Was I scammed by their rep? Honestly, don't trust Purolator with your business or money!

They said they delivered both of my packages to me, but I only received one of them. They did an investigation to try to trace it, only to be told (via email- 24hours later) that they did their investigation and could not find my package and that they did deliver it. I was home all day watching and one of my packages did get delivered, so I doubt the other one was stolen without the other one being taken also. They also didn’t deliver it to my front door as claimed or even try to knock and let me know a package was dropped off. They claimed they dropped off the second package 28 minutes after the first. I don’t know how or why they would do that, but it makes me think they delivered the second package to the wrong house, but of course they will never own up to that. Terrible service and now I’m out $1000 and purolator being a big company that they are just gets to shrug it off.

Horrible service!! I have been waiting for a package to be delivered now for over 10 days. The truck was parked directly outside my home where by house numbers (black) are clearly displayed on my house (white). Apparently the address couldn’t be found. I have since updated my address to the exact same one they had before. This morning I received another package from purolator at the same address, and yet another notification for the other package that my address was incorrect and could not be found. Extremely disappointed

Amazon has been sending people here to return packages recently. The first time I visited here it was great,the young lady was so helpful and kind. The second time however I was treated very rudely by an older lady who refused to ship my package because she said she absolutely could not accept 2 items in 1 package meanwhile the other girl took a 2 in 1 package and I got my refunds from Amazon with no issues whatsoever. I checked with Amazon before I returned anything originally and they said a package with 2 items in it as long as they were the same item (for example 2 different sizes of the same clothing) that was ok to send back. It's unfortunate that there is only 1 store in Kelowna because I do not want to give them my business due to the way I was treated.

I find it extremely frustrating that with all these poor google reviews Purolator is not doing anything to improve. According to their tracking system, our parcel has now been delayed one week. Contacted them as to why parcel not being delivered with "delayed due to missed delivery" done 2 times as quoted on so called tracking system and was told that there was a back log and he would contact driver to have them ensure delivery this past Friday. Still no delivery so contacted on Saturday and was told no message was given to driver. Now supposed to be delivered next business day which is Monday???
