★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a mailbox here for a year when we first moved to Kelowna, and came by every couple of days to pick up mail. The staff is AWESOME!!! The service is excellent. Everyone is so friendly, kind, helpful. The hours were convenient, the store was clean and organized, we were always greeted like friends when we came to pick up mail. I would recommend their services to anyone!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was one of the unfortunate customers that had my Christmas Parcel in the truck that caught fire. To make things worse I did not buy insurance. Terry (owner) sent in a claim but the refund that was first offered did not even cover the shipping cost. He has since gone back to the HO and today I picked up a cheque that exceeded my expectation. Thanks so much Terry. I am one satisfied customer ??

Communication was thorough and he fully followed through with fixing all of the problems I faced. He service was very much appreciated.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I use this drop off location for Amazon returns. Very handy. Staff is always friendly. There are P.O boxes here. Photocopying here along with packing supplies. Faxing is also here. And of course the UPS shipping of packages and such is done here.
