★ ★ ★ ★ ★ charged a truly exorbitant price of $45.70 to photocopy 24 pages. They said they had to scan in order to copy but did not tell us in advance. Called them but they were not helpful at first but I then emailed them and they agreed not to charge me acknowledging that they did not explain their pricing to me in advance. I appreciate them acknowledging this. A couple of weeks later I received an email from the owner also recognizing that they had originally charged me the wrong price by mistake. I do appreciate this and the fact that the company did respond and correct the situation. Given this I would now certainly recommend them!
