★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had to package up a printer to send to Samsung and wasn't sure where to go to get packaging. Drove by Shipper Supply and thought I would try there and was happy because within a few minutes they had it boxed up and ready to go for me, Awesome service by the branch manager Chuck!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to go buy some gloves as they have the one pair in town I like. Due to covid they won't accept my plastic debit card that taps, they'll only accept my plastic credit card that doesn't tap. Doesn't make sense.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow i cant believe i am taking time from my day to write a review. Whomever i dealt with at the counter, guy with tattoos was a real A-hole. I cannot believe the way he was talking down to the older fellow/employee it looked like he was training him. Real embarrassing... i would never speak to someone that way. You could tell the guy was trying to do his job, didnt even seem like he was doing anything wrong. Didnt deserve to be heavily talked down to.
Mind as well mention when he asked me what i wanted, i told him the first item and he blurted out so fast that there is a minimum quanity and i can to staples. Meanwhile i had a list of things i needed beyond those few things.. i ended up spending a few hundred bucks.
Unbelievable customer service... i wouldnt want this person working at my company. I hope this was not the owner of the company.
This is the 3rd time shopping here leaving with a bad taste in my mouth. Im going to be taking my business back to u-line. I came here for the convenience, i dont really want to support a business like this.
