He took me into the back where they cut product to size and showed me what they had for their own personal use. Marcus then proceeded to give them to me at no charge, insisting I take two extra, “just in case!“ I’ve had the pleasure to deal with Bargoon Cabinets previously when I needed an extra shelf for a pantry that I had purchased elsewhere They cut the shelf to size and did their very best to match the color of the cabinet I would highly recommend going to them for anything you may need cabinet related Thank you to Marcus and your staff!

Marcus designed a great layout for our kitchen (we have so much kitchen for such a small space) and within our budget. Marcus also went above and beyond to source the knobs and pulls that my wife wanted for the kitchen when she couldn’t find what she wanted from his regular inventory. I spoke to the manager who was friendly and made time to determine if they could help me with a custom cabinet for our afterschool care program. He asked me to send him some specs and said that he would get back to me... never heard from him again even after a follow-up email. I get that there is a shortage of help in the Okanagan and many businesses are up to their eyeballs in work, but common business courtesy should not be dropped. Either tell me you're too busy from the get go, or follow up on your word to get back me. Leaving customers in limbo should never be an option.

Marcus gave us helpful advice and a new kitchen design which included all our wishes at an excellent price. The new cabinets arived in time and with advice from Marcus and Matt I installed them myself. Very good Eurorite cabinets, excelent quality. I had no issues at all with installation and they look great. I take this opportunity to thank Marcus and Matt again for their support in getting our new kitchen. "Happy wife happy life"?

I met Markus when I asked him to come over to complete a kitchen estimate for me – new cupboards and countertops in my downstairs suite. I had not yet placed my order with him when I ran into a huge problem involving my new stove in our upstairs kitchen. The new stove was too big for the space, and the Caesar Stone countertop needed to be cut. I called several service providers. Most did not want to help as they had not installed the countertop originally, and the one company that did offer to help was not able to do the work for us over two weeks. We needed the stove to cook with, so a two-week wait was far too long. I called Markus and he went to extraordinary lengths to help us. He was able to get his installer to come the next day. The installer did an excellent job. We had everything up and working within 24 hours. Markus did not have to help us. We had not even ordered our new cabinets from him yet! Markus provided us with extraordinary customer service. We are definitely going to get our new cabinets from him, and I would recommend his services to anyone who is doing renovation work.

My 90’s kitchen now looks beautiful and is incredibly more functional than it was before. Marcus’ design utilized every inch of my kitchen. The dovetail drawers are gorgeous along with the hardware he includes from Marathon and my Pearl stainless sink and sink grids. Marcus works with Hamed from Stone Brothers Countertops. Hamed picked out the perfect quartz countertop to go with my navy blue base cabinets and white upper cabinets. His choice brought everything together. They look stunning! Marcus’ cabinet installer Chris did a fantastic job. He does exceptional work in a timely manner and was a pleasure to be around. Bargoon was able to provide us the kitchen and bathroom cabinets exactly the way we wanted them. The cabinets arrived on time and the the team of installers were a breeze to work with. We were so happy with the way the kitchen and first bathroom turned out, that Marcus was the first call when we renovated two more bathrooms. The great thing about Bargoon, other than the great service, is that you can get cabinets, countertop, flooring, hardware and accessories all in on place. I definitely recommend Bargoon Cabinets if you are looking to renovate your kitchen or bathrooms.
