★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Same day service is not same day service for printing. At least half of the orders Ive sent them has not been printed same day and no one calls to warn you so you can make other arrangements. They just screw you over and are not even that apologetic about it. And you even still get charged for same day service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took my house plans in to have a few pages digitized. That was yesterday.
Went back this morning and was told they would not be ready until 1 pm.
Did not get that memo!
There were 4 ladies standing around looking very dazed and confused.
I was told they would get on it and call me PDQ as I went to do other errands.
No call and I have not been able to get through to them.
So now I have to go back in person.
More time and more gas.
Good job I have nothing else better to do!!
The service is best described as quite useless.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff here were amazing! But my print didn't come out to the right color, and their printer along with the PDF file sent by Canva would not allow the proper colour printing. This review is more of a reflection on Staples as a whole rather than the team - there should be more quality control. Sai was wonderful and stayed late to try and figure it out with me. They refunded me as well. Staples! Figure it out with your online Canva app! The convenience is great, but find a way to print PNG instead of PDF!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered a picture on Tues needed for a party Saturday and was assured it would be ready by then. Got a notice today (Tues) that it is ready. Did not get it in time for the party.
Also, as everyone else is saying, they don’t answer their phones.
