Fred was extremely helpful assisting us with printing off menus on the spot not knowing this must be arranged in advance. His attention to detail and level of customer service was wonderful.

Where do I even start! I came in today with my 1 year old, trying to ship a very large return item through FedEx. I asked before assembling everything back into the very large box to see if everything was going to be fine before doing so. I asked to borrow some tape and struggled trying to make everything fit into the vary obvious XL box. Finally managed to make it all fit and tapped up. Then the lady proceeds to tell me they can’t ship anything over 25lbs and that I wasted my time for an entire hour to be told I had go the airport FedEx. Thanks for watching struggle today and not letting me know even though I asked.

Purgatory is a Staples. This one has terrible customer service both in person and over the phone. The staff seem to not be well trained on available services. Terrible online experience too, the website is perpetually broken. If there was literally anywhere else in Kelowna that had as quick of a turnaround for printing I would go there instead in a heartbeat.

The young woman at the print centre and her manager were so kind to print some invitations that I'd ordered online. If you order online for same day pick up, you must order before 12:00 noon (I'd submitted my order at 12:15) to have them ready same day. I didn't realise this and came in 15 minutes before closing. The young woman kindly let me know how same day printing works, and then offered to check to see if she was able to print them right now. She ended up printing them and getting the order ready. She was so kind to stay a few minutes late to help me get the order printed so I didn't have to come back the next day. Top service! I think her name was Aneesha.

Worst customer service out there. Not a single employee to help in the chair section for 40+ minutes. I’m a disabled male needing a new office chair. I found one but needed an employees help to get it off the shelf and out to my truck or atleast to the front entrance. Once I finally found a sales associate they told me to continue to wait and they would help me get it off the shelf but wouldn’t help get it to the front entrance or to my truck. Worst customer service I’ve experienced. Go spend your hard earned money elsewhere.

It's been a few years since I have been in the store and they did a really good job updating the inside. Went in looking for an office Chair after receiving horrible customer service at the Source Office Furniture and Mark was super helpful in finding something that fit my needs. Would highly recommend.

I have to say this store has the kindest most thoughtful employees. I frequent this location for my business and personal needs and they always treat myself and my colleagues with professionalism and kindness. You do not find too many stores with managers and employees who pay a high level of importance on the customer interaction. Well done!

Absolutely terrible and insulting manager. He asked if I had a mask, I answered his question β€œno,” (I have a medical condition). Instead of approaching me respectfully he became extremely angry and began to chase after me while shouting several times. It was extremely embarrassing not to mention insulting as he caused a huge scene in front of the entire store. If you’d like my respect sir, please show me some first. He was belligerent at this point and demanded to know why I didn’t have a mask which I explained I have a medical condition. He then said to me β€œyou have no right to be rude to me or my staff while you’re here.” I had only just walked in 30 seconds prior and had absolutely no interaction with any of his staff and had merely answered his question. I explained that the only rude behaviour was from him and reminded him that he was the one yelling and chasing after me. He continued harassing me and trying to lecture me instead of let me shop. I was shaking and very upset at this point and asked for his name and head office number and then he finally left me alone. Extremely unprofessional, I have never been had such poor treatment in a retail establishment.
