When the office chair and mat were delivered, the gentleman who delivered was kind enough to bring everything up the stairs and get it set up for me, for which I was very grateful, as I wouldn't have been able to this by myself. The chair and mat are of top-notch quality and work perfectly for my needs. Thank-you so much for all of your assistance!!
