★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really good place to hang out. Never done climbing before, but the staff explained all the rules and basic information for me and my friends. The staff is super super friendly. It can be a busy place so I'd rather check when it's not so busy if you're shy. But the place is very well maintained.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There was a kids birthday party that my child attended, and eventhough there was active rock climbers doing their thing also it could have been way more informative at the beginning for the children. The person Manning the front desk had to get quite stern with the kids (which is completely understandable). Although you have to sign a waiver stating that if your kids get hurt it's on you. Don't book child birthday parties as a business unless you are able to handle them. Kids were only there an hour and you could have accommodated them for the hour and not had climbers on there for the 1 hour.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The single staff member they had working was great. You can tell he loves what he does. He made the trip worth it.
There was quite a bit of missing climbing rocks and the metal hooks that hold the rocks to the wall were just out in the open. It seemed like a safety issue. They weren't properly tagged or blocked off.
I would also not recommend taking kids here. They don't really have a kid zone. It seemed as if the kids were disturbing the other climbers. Not really the best environment for new climbers. ?
I would only take kids if they are okay with free climbing as they didn't have harnesses or staff to help. I would not take the kids here again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had concerns about the climbs being achievable by climbers of all heights. Was pleased by the response of the owner below, I did not realize how often the walls were reset.
Will absolutely go back to see what they have up now!

Definitely looking to get a membership sooner rather then later ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is perfect for a good climb. I am not a member but I drop in once in a while and the staff are nice the climbs are fun and the overall vibes are great. I always have great interactions with the other members too!
