Dropped in to enquire about possible repairs for an antique leaded glass table lamp and was assured that they could indeed make those repairs for me. I was a little sceptical, as the lamp had not worked in over fifteen years and required a significant amount of love and care to bring it back. Three days later I received a phone call that it was ready. I was both stunned and delighted when I saw it sitting on the counter. New lightbulbs of different wattage and style were glowing, bringing the lamp to life and more were ready to try out in order to get the look and feel just right. Talk about going above and beyond. Thanks everyone for the smiling faces and incredible service. It is obvious that you enjoy what you do and are eager to share your knowledge, ideas and skills. I highly recommend Lights On Banks for all your lighting needs... or repairs. I know I will return. Thank you.

She has a great eye for lighting and her customer service is unparalleled. If you don't see what you want on the floor she will help you source it! Did the repairs in under 24 hours (amazing); the work was perfect; and the price exactly as quoted. Everything was returned to us cleaned, polished and carefully bubble-wrapped for safe transport home. Exceeded our expectations. Their showroom is beautiful; many unique and eye-catching pieces. We highly approve of businesses that have the family dog as a member of the customer service team! Highly recommend.

She was very knowledgeable about the many, many options and guided us efficiently to our ultimate choices. She then managed the ordering, holding of the products and finally the installation when it became safe to do so.
