★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall experience was great but I wasn't impressed with pushing other companies on me when I'm happy with my current service provider. I just want to shop, go....regular conversation is good but pushing another company on me is not ok. Hence why not a perfect score.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent customer service -- I worked with a salesperson named Rider to find the perfect mesh, high back chair. Rider was great at figuring out what I was after by asking good questions, their reception was super friendly, their shipping and receiving was super friendly... I'll definitely be checking back here first for any office furniture.
I did a fair bit of shopping around for chairs before I came into the store and I would also say that their pricing is right on par with everyone else as well (e.g. Staples) but they carry much larger selection and higher quality pieces depending on what you're after.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 3 stars because the quality of some of their merchandise is dollar store quality but more expensive. I bought a USB hub and it fell apart after a couple months exposing all the electronics.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came in to upgrade my Bose headphones. After paying $100 difference for the new pair. When I went to use them one headphone wouldnt charge. After bringing them back the new pair they exchanged with had a faulty case. I was told that even though they sold me 2 pair of faulty headphones they wouldn't give me a working pair and I need to contact bose to fix my brand new headphones.
Questionable managment, horrible policies.
Dont come here they will sell you broken stuff and leave you to deal with it.
TLDR; I was upgrading my headphones so I would have a nice working pair, and they sold me a brand new faulty pair, and refused to solve the problem.

Our family has happily spent thousands of dollars in the store due to Dave and will be loyal customers for life. Thank you Dave five stars all the way⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Rory is always very helpful in finding us the items we need. He is friendly and very resourceful especially when we are not sure the best item to buy. He always finds the time to help us every time we enter the store. We honestly have not went to any other store to buy our electronic needs since our first encounter with Rory. I would 100% recommend anyone who is at the Source in Orchard Park Mall to speak with Rory for any of your electronic needs
