I needed a new phone and a new plan, but I don't know much about phones anymore so he sold me a great phone for my needs and didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need, as well as a plan that I did not need unlike many sales people out there which drive me INSANE! Go to Bell at Orchard Park Mall and ask for James!

I came in frustrated with my old provider, within 15 minutes of getting to know me, James had found me the perfect phone, a plan that saved me $40 a month with more data. James spent time showing me around my new device and made sure that I understood everything. The bar has been set really high this time.

We plan to move to Ontario this summer and he helped us set up our new Ontario numbers. He went above and beyond ( kept in touch) with us through out to get our new phones. He also helped recommend the phone plan based on our needs! He is friendly, thoughtful and most importantly, he is very patient with our 100 questions ☺️! THANK YOU Sumeet for all your help!
