★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to Rogers as there was an issue with my phone I got nothing but a runaround, popped into this lovely place and within minutes they fixed my problem, very knowledgeable, kind and helpful see Steve! They turned an otherwise terrible day into a great one thanks ? I highly recommend

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have been having problems with volume on calls on my iphone11. Sought out help from Telus and Best Buy. The individuals tried to be helpful but their ideas and suggestions were ineffective. Dropped by this place and they (Spencer and Steve) quickly diagnosed the problem. While I waited they worked with a series of brushes and alcohol to clean out the speaker at the top of my phone. Good as new and no charge. Next time I will stop here first. Thanks guys!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took a couple minutes to stop by to see why my Google Pixel wasn't registering that contact between a USB C and the phones port, I assumed either it was dirty or it was just broken. Luckily it was just built up lint and dirt. Spencer was very nice about it and had my port cleaned in 15 minutes tops. Real helpful ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Steve helped me navigate the impossible warranty process for my phone. What had taken me weeks, he had done in a matter of hours. Not only that but he was the only repair shop I could find within 6 hours of me that had the parts to fix my phone. Excellent service, thanks again Steve!

Thought I needed a new charging port and Steve quickly and using appropriate tools set out to pull lint out of mine like lint out of a belly button. Felt great about the fix and days later it is working as new. (The sad story is another fix-it shop told me it couldn't be fixed and in fact was a software problem) Next problem-I know where I am going!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a challenge finding a store that could replace my Pixel 6 screen and was quoted some steep pricing at other repair shops, but Mobile Klinik was able to get the part and had it fixed in 90 mins. Service was great and they had the best price. Phone is working great!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I needed my screen protector removed and a new one installed. The manager, Steve, was very helpful and completed the task himself. He was very friendly and informative. It needed to be done in a timely fashion as I was leaving town immediately. Steve was very accommodating and completed the task while I gassed up my vehicle.
The phone looks great. I was very happy with the service.
