★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The return policy on their products is non-existent, and the quality on some select products is awful. When trying to communicate with the store manager, she didn't get back to us within the time she promised on two separate occasions. Ultimately they stuck us with an expensive mattress pad that we cannot return, and we can't sleep on it because it's more uncomfortable than our own mattress.
Also bought their Eucalyptus/Tencel sheets, which I will give credit they are soft, but they wrinkle easily after one night. So if you expect to have a smooth sheet to lay on you'll have to get out an iron every day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was a great experience! The ladies were so friendly and when they didn't have my size in store I was set up to order on a tablet. I backed out because shipping wasn't free and I wanted to check around to see if I could get free shipping on it. But I couldn't find a promo code or similar style anywhere else, so I went online the following day to order (which was a Sunday). My order shipped Monday and was at my door Tuesday.

The staff and very friendly and helpful. They have great product knowledge and are eager to assist you. Five STAR service and beautiful bedding ~ I highly recommend this store ~ visit the Orchard Park Mall location for all your bedding needs! I LOVE my furry cozy cushion covers & duvet covers!
