★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ok so this is the high time to give my reviews for worst store in kelowna. I don't know why there's not option for zero stars. Poor customer service.. first whenever i visit there's no manager. I don't know how they are running the store. No-one knows how to sort issues. If I can ask any question, the answer of the employees is manager only manager know.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible sales staff. Barely gave me 10 seconds of conversation before going back to chatting with a friend. Also made a slanderous comment about another jewellery shop in the mall. Unprofessional, didn't know types of stones and snotty attitude. Avoid this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very unprofessional, messed up the sizing when I went in to pick it up after a month of waiting so we had to send it back again to get it resized, seemed to be unsure of everything they were doing which put me in an uncomfortable position of having to double check everything with them to second time around so I wouldn’t have to send it a third time to get it sized right. Really unfortunate honestly

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purchased my wedding band here, so I decided to bring in my engagement ring for some maintenance. I specified when dropping it off that is was a moissanite ring. 3 weeks later they returned the ring to me and told me no work could be done because the stone wasn’t diamond, and couldn’t give me any further explanation.
I took the ring over to Michael hill and they are doing the same work, quicker, and for less money. Not sure why the ring was even sent off if work could not be done, now I am in a rush to get it back in time for my wedding.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Khushi and the manager, whom I totally forget the name of, were so sweet and accommodating! They helped me pick out the perfect ring for my mom, were extremely patient with me going back and forth on a few rings and even helped me set up a payment plan, so I could pick the perfect one out without having to worry about the price. I loved my experience and I know you will too!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a gold necklace pendant for my daughter. Staff is nice/friendly enough. No complaints. Although don't expect them to go above and beyond for you either. They got the job done and my daughter is happy. The reason I didn't give them 5 stars is because the pendant is slightly bigger then the one we wanted. They had smaller ones there but none in gold and the sales agent really didn't want to look further into getting us EXACTLY what we were looking for...
