★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not very helpful at the Orchard Park Mall location in Kelowna if getting anything done to any jewelry. Don't advise on ring sizing but they can tell you all about what goes on with your fingers after you get the ring back and it's still too big. What kind of jewelry store doesn't advise on ring size? How can they even sell rings then? Also if you take something in to get fixed they don't call you to let you know what's going on with it or when it gets back even when they say they will twice! This was for 2 different items so I'm not giving them a chance for strike 3 as I believe it's an inevitability.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing service! I went in for a ring resize and to fix some diamonds that had fallen out. The staff were so friendly and helpful. They said 2-3 weeks for repair and it was done in less than a week. The rodium dipping is sooo worth it and I will always go back to Anne-Louise for my jewellery! Thank you

Whether your in to purchase jewelry or just needing something small like a ring sizing, they are always helpful regardless. I have always been helped by Arlene, and most recently Don, and both seem to recognize my husband and I each time. Thanks Don for the great service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I definitely wont purchase anything more from this store i bought my fiance ring their and the diamond fell out less than a 2 months. So i take back the ring to the store and they send it off to get the diamond replaced it took over 5 weeks for my fiance to get back her ring when she gets back her ring she started to wear it again then another diamond fell out less than a month so i call and they told us we are going to get a new ring so we take back the old ring and they told us its going to take 3 to 4 weeks for my fiance to get her new ring and it had been over 7 weeks now and she still haven't get her new ring and it had been so embarrassing for her people keep asking her where is her ring. I called the store twice and i keeps getting different information about the ring. I was also going to buy the wedding band from the same store but after this experience I definitely change my mind

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kira helped my fiancé and I so my throughout our selection of wedding bands. She was always easy to get ahold of, and kept us updated on the progress of our rings being made. They are beautiful, and we will definitely go back to Kira for any jewelry in the future!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly satisfied with the service from Laurel Z, and Jesse. I came in looking at rings and a watch and was treated very kindly and with lots of genuine care and interest by Laurel. I work in a high end customer service industry and I know what good and bad service is and I had no complaints at this store. I then came back the next day to make my final decision and Jesse was amazing at taking his time to help me try a million different options as painful as it probably was lol. Last but not least I had a concern with my watch from Bulova and I came back a couple days later and it got exchanged out with no second thoughts by Jesse as he agreed with my concerns. Will be for sure doing and recommending business here. Thanks again you two
