Extremely poor costumer service. Sales associates were arrogent and unhelpful. When one of the ladies was trying to fit a blacelet and was struggling with the clasp she gave up and told me there was nothing to do. Didn't offer another option and just turned us away. Came across as that we weren't spending enough money to be bothered with. I love pandoras jewelry but I'd never shop at that store again.

I bought a ring, it was super cute and I liked it but after taking it home I realized that it was just too big for my hand and uncomfortable. They didn’t give me a box for the ring so when my mom returned it for me they were and angry with her for not returning it with a box (note once again I didnt get a box with it). She did get to return it and get the money back but i am displeased that they treated her poorly because they didn’t give me a box for the ring and got mad at her for it. Poor costumer service today.

I was pretty reluctant to go into this Pandora location based on all the negative reviews. I was pleasantly surprised! I had called in advance to find out about the silicone liners for stationery clips as I did not want to drive up to Kelowna for no reason (I live in Penticton) and was told that they do carry these liners. That's all I went in for but the sales lady I was working with helped me even further by doing ring measurements for me and showing me how the liners work, etc. She probably spent about 10 minutes with me, which I was most appreciative of. (Her name was Angela.) I ended up purchasing two rings and was given the liners. My second visit here was just as good. I had emailed Angela to find out if two charms were available and she set them aside for me for when my husband and I could be in the store together (as they were my Xmas gift). We were told about the promotional winter heart bracelet and so spent enough to get that. I was helped by another lady as well and she was also pleasant.

I was wearing three sterling silver rings at work, one of which was a Pandora ring that I love. After I was done work I noticed that my Pandora ring and not my others had turned black. I did not handle any chemicals or do anything out of the ordinary. I tried using silver polish, which should have worked and it didn't. I brought my ring in to Pandora to see if they had an idea of what I could do to fix it. The manager told me that I was lying about what happened to my ring and that there was nothing she was willing to do to help me despite the fact that I have a warranty. I explained that I did not want to argue with her and that I just really love my ring and want to know what I can do to fix it. She told me they would take the ring and try to clean it and for me to pick it up the next day. When I came in more than 24 hours later the ladies working told me that the ring had not been cleaned yet (the young ladies were really nice). The manager is incredibly rude and I will be writing a letter to Pandora and will never shop here again. I am very disappointed since I thought Pandora was known for their better quality and customer service.

After reading the reviews I hesitated going to the Orchard Park mall location because of bad customer service but then noticed most of the bad ones were from 3 or 4 yrs ago so I went. I was greeted and served very efficiently. Harley was great. She answered all my questions and was very friendly. She knew what she had in stock and took her time to explain. I am glad I went into the store instead of ordering on line as I could compare the items. I purchased two and will be back.

Bought my wife some earrings for Christmas. One of the clasps is loose and keeps coming undone while she wears them. They won’t exchange them and they say that’s the way they are. Won’t be going back here.

I bought bracelet after 5-6 months it was broken .. now its in the bag in the drawer i thought i was gonna wear daily but not happy with bracelet

We bought rings during valentine 2022. They were sold to us with 30day exchange policy and we went back after 1 week to exchange it for smaller size. The staff didnt have any manners and were very disrespectful. Assistant manager mentioned you cannot exchange because you have few scratches on the ring. 2 other girl staff including assistant managers on 20th feb evening 5:27pm were laughing at us which was very offensive and we had to make them realise during stressful situations you dont laugh, make customer feel small and judge customers. Later on we also found that on a receipt it was correct size but they gave us big size. Finally the assistant manager realised her mistake and tried to help us. We will never go to any pandora stores based on the simple exchange policy which was difficult for them to honour and staffs behaviour.
