Friends who had custom pieces made there referred me and I will never use another jeweler to either purchase, make or redesign jewelry. My parents were customers of yours right from the start, 44 or so years ago, and you became their go to place. Over the past years, and since moving back to Kelowna, International Gems has taken over as our go to place. The number of exquisite pieces you have designed and remade for us, with some of my mum’s jewellery and mine mixed in as been a wonderful experience in transitioning ‘old’ to new again. A new love and new pieces to be left in trust for our two granddaughters. Even some of the delicate pieces of my grandmothers thrown in for good measure. With every wearing I feel their presence Your integrity in handling precious pieces always makes me smile knowing that they are in good hands. Your professionalism is not doubt hands down. You have been a cornerstone in this community of ours, we call Kelowna. We are truly grateful.

My fiancé worked directly with Keith and can not say enough about his professionalism to ensure that his vision for my ring was achieved. My fiance has never met Keith in person all of the planning and designing was done by phone and email while my now fiance was living and attending school in Newfoundland. We heard about international Gems from a very close family member and she highly recommended them. When my fiance contacted Keith and explained what his dream was for my ring Keith walked him through the process and followed all of his wishes for my ring from design to completion. I want to thank Keith and everyone at International Gems for helping to create a timeless piece a jewerly that puts a huge smile on my face every time I look at it. Always fair on price but where these guys seperate themselves from the pack is on service. Always happy to drop everything and steam up my wife's ring or earrings, any time there's been a challenge, they've gone above and beyond to make it right. The thing that prompted this review however, was something I'm actually embarrassed to admit I even asked for. I had forgotten to pick up my wife's ring and earrings on the day before our trip to Hawaii, I didn't want to let her down so I sent Brent a text after hours to see if he'd meet me down at the store, he was in transit travelling himself, he could have just said sorry man can't help ya, but no, he calls his dad Keith, who was at home 20+ minutes away at 830pm and sure enough he jumped in his car, in a snow storm to save my bacon. When I thanked him he said something that I thought was really classy, "we treat our customers with friendship and love" And that right there is why we will be clients for life.

I have not had any issues with my ring. FROM MOM AND DAD WITH LOVE, I recently lost both of my parents. When they passed away I was given one piece of jewellery from each of them. Knowing I would not actually wear either piece but still really wanting a special keepsake from them I decided to approach Keith at International Gems, I told him my idea of using the pieces and some of my own jewellery that I no longer wore to make a ring that I had always wanted to have made. Keith met with me and together we designed the ring. He had it made in a very timely fashion and it is absolutely a stunner. It is everything I had wanted and I now have a one of kind custom made ring that will remain a timeless reminder of Mom and Dad. My sincere appreciation to the staff at International Gems TR
r	rio delani on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ my godmother did business with this store from the time they opened. she brought me here to buy me a watch for my graduation. nearly 40 years later, i am still wearing the same watch. i have had it serviced here and had a new crystal installed over the last 4 decades, (the crystal cost $80 dollars more than the watch). also, new batteries, which typically last for 5-7 years and cost around $12 dollars. last summer, i went in for a new battery and was told that the price was $30. i am loyal and i paid. this battery lasted less than a year. now i am very upset, my family and friends will no longer do any business here. so sad. the gentleman who started this store was such an honorable man.

I would give them much more than 5 stars if I could. I have brought anything to chain repairs, purchased many earrings for myself and gifts for others. My husbands custom chain was made by them, his wedding band, as well as my wedding ring. This is absolutely 100% the only place I would ever go for any kind of QUALITY FINE JEWELRY. Thank you again Brent and Keith so much! Keep up the most amazing work!
