Most importantly he respected me and the product l presented to him. He is very knowledgeable and will give you a fair negotiation. The other staff were very nice and professional. She's reached out when there were sales and was able to order in samples for me to view when it came to choosing my band, going as far as to arrange a custom order. We had had a horrible first experience with another jewelry store after purchasing an engagement ring and never thought we would be able to find a replacement… until we came here. Sara went above and beyond our expectations to ensure we had an absolutely incredible experience. She went out of her way to find us exactly what we were looking for (and more).
Beyond that, the entire staff was professional, helpful, and kind at all times. It is clear that they aren’t just looking to make a sale; they really want you to be happy with your choice. Thanks to the entire team, we were able to find the ring of my dreams and they made it all possible. We have been to just about every jewelry store in the Kelowna area and this is by far the best of the best. I am forever grateful that we came here. I highly recommend Sara or any of the staff at CJEX to anyone that might be looking for an engagement ring or any jewelry needs. You won’t regret it!
