★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have bought numerous bulbes for our black lights here and they are all broken. I've wasted so much gas driving back and forth just for returns. Do not ship here. Get ur items somewhere else where there a better quality

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always so many different, hilarious and even offensive goodies to choose from. Though definitely more customers in store than their own posted capacity sign stated would be allowed. Other stores in the mall had employees act as door greeters and thus maintained their capacity limits. Spencer's did not. I'd say don't post it if you don't want to run the door. I'm not too worried about it, but no sense having to give someone wanting to create an issue the ammunition to do so.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great store for unique gifts! Went in to purchase a couple posters. Sadly the gentleman working there didn’t seem to care that I needed help even asked and was brushed off. He wasn’t busy but still didn’t take the time to help. ( one poster was the incorrect one and we didn’t know till we were home) The girl at the cashier was helpful and very friendly sad that all the staff don’t have the same work ethic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ after selecting my purchase and approaching the till to check out, the person in charge informed me they would not be able to serve me due to their policy of discrimination towards those not wearing what they feel is appropriate.
Would NOT recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After having Lung Cancer and a portion of my lung removed, I was incapable of wearing a mask. I got double vaccinated and keep my distance. I took my daughter to the Orchard Park mall, where everyone was understanding, until I got to this store where the horribly rude staff was belligerent and wouldn’t even look at me doctor’s note. They really upset my daughter and lost customers for life.
