★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in the store looking for a leather jacket but was ignored totally by the staff person, who was on the phone and wouldn't even acknowledge us. After 15 or so minutes we gave up, never to return.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst place to work for. The manager doesn't even know the BC labor laws. Everyone has an excuse for everything. I was there for nearly 3 months working days of 4hrs shifts. I wasn't able to finish my training manual because the DM never sent the store part of the training package. The DM is also very unprofessional and even smacked me with documents during a staff meeting which is assault in the workplace. I almost had the RCMP involved over this assault.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This leather store is nice, however one of thier employees, Lily, is the most wonderful of all. She is so kind and helpful and very good at her work. She helped me pick out a jacket for my boyfriend. Recommend this store!

bought a laptop bag for nearly $250 dollars, one month into using the bag the handles started to rip in the corners. After returning it for warranty I was told there is only a 30 days warranty. I have returned it on the 31st day!!! They still send it in and said I'm sure they can make a repair, today I received the bag back with a repair I couldn't believe. The took a different leather material/different color and stitched it over the ripped area. Asking about the strange repair the store manger replied "hey it was for free what are you expecting". Not wanting to go into an argument I took the bag and left that store. My worsted experience I ever had in a store, very unprofessional service. If i could rated the store lest then one star I would.
