Secondly itโs not tasty at all . Saturday August 3rd we went to Kelowna mall Purdyโs was closed for renovations or something It was really hot and we bought 2 popsicles for $12.60 I would not mind if it was tasty . It was frozen sugar popsicle.couldnt even finish it. 1st and last BAD EXPERIENCE

โ โ โ โ โ Peanut butter cups were so hard, they almost broke my teeth. Had to use a knife to break it up and then there was hardly any peanut butter in it. I would recommend buying a Reese's Peanut Butter cup from your local grocery, or corner store before buying from here.

โ โ โ โ โ Over the past few weeks I have visited this location, looking for the gift packages of chocolate covered sea foam. Every time I was there they didn't have any in stock and their response was first that they would have some soon, but when they never ended up having any on the shelves their only response was that they had a lot of weddings coming up and did not have time to make any. They suggested I buy the smaller pieces of chocolate covered foam in their display case, but as this was a gift I did not want to hand someone a paper bag with treats in it. They were very dismissive and not friendly with their responses in any of the times that I inquired, continuing on with what they were doing instead of stopping to address me as a customer. I find this extremely poor customer service as around Father's Day, all they had available in gift packages (aside from boxes of chocolate) was chili flavored popcorn and a few bags of peanut brittle. As a business that has signage explaining what they sell, and not carrying a lot of it in stock for customers I was extremely disappointed. As someone who frequently shopped here, I will not be returning. It's too bad the customer service has ruined my experience at this location.

โ โ โ โ โ Horrible service from the guy working the front desk 11/15/2020 12:30 pm. I wanted to purchase the large Santa on display in the front window, but the employees absolute disregard for good customer service made me want to take my tree down and cancel Christmas all together. Definitely wouldnโt recommend this chocolatier to anyone.

โ โ โ โ โ Wow, what a selection! I have to say it's never hard to find a yummy treat when visiting this store. From chocolate to popcorn and everything in between there is something here you will love. The only reason I can't give them a 5 is because of the cost of some products seem a little high.

โ โ โ โ โ We purchase some Oreo fudge and chocolate sea foam, the chocolate sea foam was excellant but could be smaller chunks. Fudge was way too sweet and tasted more like icing than fudge. Very crumbly and dry, only flavour was โsweetโ.
