★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely love this place! They have a pretty good system for covid so you aren't touching the same scoop that someone else has already touched. You're still able to weigh out your own treats which I love!
Update: they still have a good sanitary system which a lot of other stores have become very relaxed on. Lovely staff as always.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are into bulk -food buying this is the place for you! It is super clean , bright, welcoming, organised and the staff are most helpful. They have their pencils waiting for you at the door!
They also have stock that the Springfield place had run out of. Both my husband and I enjoy shopping there for bulk goods.

This afternoon I went in with my daughter to get a few valentines things. I was wearing a mask, my 13 year old daughter cannot. “Sharon” calls out for her to put a mask on and I told her unfortunately she can’t wear one. She says, “no masky, no shoppy”. And that she could wait outside. I then said, “well I guess we’ll leave then”. (I’m not going to make my daughter stand outside while I shop). I told her for medical reason she can’t wear one. She just walks away and says, “medical reasons don’t apply here”. Sharon, you were incredibly rude and insensitive.
I mean, you have no clue my daughters medical past and there was no care or sympathy for her whatsoever. As if she has no value.
If this is what our world is turning into… I want none of it. And I will teach my child she has value… if she can’t shop there, neither will I.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there for a sale they had. Bought other items not on sale as well. Majority of the stuff we bought was very stale. It seems they don't go through their inventory and just add fresh stuff (if that) on top of the old. Very disappointing because even with the little sale they had it was still expensive. With covid they don't want you tasting things etc which is understandable but they don't seem to take care of the place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Woman working there was so annoying. I wasn't in store but a sec she bombarded me asking to show a video. Now, I am practicing being patient with idiots so I said yes. Then she is talking about pop culture which I could care less about. Then I asked her where the grains are, she asked me what i am using them for i said a salad, she showed me before running away. I didn't find what I wanted, so I picked out other things. Candy. Then she began to comment on what I was purchasing and saying how the gummy bears are good on salad. Then she said bye something lady she was annoying and too much ugh just want to shop without being drowned in conversation ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great store for baking needs, we've been there for a lot of time. Lady on the till is not friendly at all. Just bought a lot of stuff worth more than a $100 and I said it's only for small bussiness she asked if we have an account with us, I said we don't and she carry on punchimg the item thought she gave me a discount but nothing at all she did not even say anything. But we usually say it to the till person when ever we buy a lot off stuff from them. Just saying

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I used to love coming here. They used to have nice people working here. Now there is a nasty checkout lady. Rude and made us feel like we were doing her wrong just checking out. She had to quit sweeping to help us. Sorry lady we did not ask for you to stop and we were waiting patiently. She was so put off and rude. We will not be coming back.
