Stephanie is a true asset to her profession, she is highly knowledgeable, professional and her communication skills throughout the entire process made the whole thing enjoyable and stress free.
I honestly feel that choosing TJ & Steph Real Estate was the smartest decision I could have made. Stephanie maximized my return on 2 property sales and thanks to her I am now spending my days lounging on the beach in Mexico ??.

They're both experts in real estate and the way they run their business meant that we had uninterrupted access to an agent at all times if we had any questions. Steph was our lead agent but when she was temporarily busy, TJ was right there. Their communication is flawless because TJ knew exactly who we were, our needs, our home and was able to meet our needs an exceed expectations without hinderance. She is competent, professional, approachable, and very nice to work with. I have also never received such support in all aspects of purchasing a home. Stephanie's team is equally talented. Stephanie also provided us recommendations on lawyers, house inspectors, mortgage brokers, and contractors for some renovations we would like to do.
If you are going to use a realtor, you might as well use the best. That is Stephanie.
