I ordered flowers from Sherwood Park, AB to be delivered in Kelowna. They called a couple times and made sure it was ok to leave the flowers at the door. I just want to say the customer services is awesome and the flowers (Butterfly Kisses) were absolutely perfect. Thank you so much!

Where do I begin. First time using this location. I had purchased same day delivery, flower bouquet and chocolates for 160 bucks. Not cheap but worth it since it is local and the arrangement looked great. However, the follow up is what really kills the experience here. Zero ownership whatsoever. I places my order in at 10am. I wanted an estimated timeframe of delivery (simple ask) and to no avail on the first call at 130 pm. I was assured before 6 pm. Unfortunately that ruined the surprise for my wife at work since she gets off sooner. No worries. I asked if I could give a secondary address so that I could have it delivered home instead. That was fine in the end since I can understand it is a busy day on valentines day. This is where it gets really annoying. Both calls I had asked for confirmation via receipt through my email I provided. I was assured it was sent and I checked spam/junk mail, you name it, I did it. So as I am still waiting I know for a fact the money came out of my account. That was the first thing I checked prior to calling on both occasions. It is now 7 pm and still no home delivery and no work delivery.. I am at a loss of words. What is the point of charging someone 13 bucks for delivery if you cannot do it. Just say we are slammed and ask me if I can pick it up instead. It stifled my valentines for my wife.. it didn't ruin it.. far from.. it is just heartbreaking to spend 160 bucks on flowers and for this company to have ZERO ownership and a severe lack of answers for their clients needs. Better luck next time but I will be doing business elsewhere. Horrible first time experience.

Incredibly happy with my purchase. Their prices are fantastic and the arrangements are so unique. My BFF sent me a photo of her arrangement and she said it’s just gorgeous. They even tucked in a little chocolate at no charge. I will be using again!

Funky Petals made my wedding bouquet and I was blown away by how gorgeous it was! They absolutely exceeded my expectations of a little wildflower bouquet! It was lush, colourful and smelled amazing. It also photographed beautifully and held up quite well despite it being a warm day and an outside wedding! I loved it so much I’m having it pressed and preserved! Thanks Funky Petals!

This is an amazing flower shop! Beautiful modern store with more than just your basic flower arrangements, they were all unique and creative as well as appropriately priced. This bright and welcoming boutique also carries a fantastic assortment of other gifts and collectibles. Louise took care of me and was so attentive and welcoming to the point that I can't see myself going anywhere else from now on. Thank you for being the only shop open on a Sunday and providing me with such a great experience. I really recommend checking out Funky Petals, you will not be disappointed :)

Been buying my 96 year old mum flowers in Kelowna via phone/online for years. So happy to have found this place as it’s been hit and miss until now! this shop is consistent and has unique arrangements. She was happy with previous as was I!this is MY go to shop now!
