M	Michela Esposito on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love the car wash....But I have to say the water pressure in the DOG WASH station was way too light, and it took too long to even wet my large dog. If the pressure improved id go back in a heartbeat, because it's a convenient waist height station and you can even leash your dog up so it doesn't run away. Would be good for a really small dog though I bet!

Won't go out of my way to come here anymore, unless it's late at night when there's zero wait. The location and set up is difficult to exit if you can't wait any longer. ---December 2020-- I've been to a lot of wand washes, and this is the best Great large timer display Great pressure $2 to start a+

All services are of an average price for Kelowna. I primarily use this location for the coin dog wash. Ive been using the dog wash since they opened. Through the years it's always been clean, inexpensive and convenient. This is all still true. However....the water pressure coming out of the spray nozzle has dwindled over the years. Today was extremely bad. The touch less bay was used once while I was there so it wasn't that the water was diverted. Sadly, it's gotten bad to the point that it was a pain in the arse to wash and rinse my small dog today. As a result It also cost a couple extra dollars. That isn't a big issue as it's still very affordable imo. It's just a much slower and annoying process. Unless the presssure issue is addressed I will use the other self serve dog wash by the lake. Also the water temp is a bit to warm with no way to adjust. My poor girl was panting thruout. Not painfully warm. Good for a human. Dog wash water should be room temp to lukewarm...not hot
