Finally got a full service detailing on my family van after 8 years of kids. Feels like I stopped by a used car lot to buy a 'new' car! Wow is it clean! Great job guys!

Took my car here to get a clean done like I normally do. This time around they damage my vehicle ?. I filled out a damage form and was told the manager was going to reach out to me. It’s now been two weeks and multiple visits to try and speak with the manager but still no luck. I think this is absolutely outrageous that they don’t care about clients that they have serviced for many years. I’d be happy to change this review if the manager reaches out to me and we can work something out.

I went for an "Ultimate" wash today, as I often do, but just after the first soak it stopped working. The lights were all off and nothing was happening. I went out and around to the front and told the girl working and she gave me another code, but in the meantime the big fuel truck had pulled in and was blocking the access. So I asked for a refund but was told that they can't do a refund (?!!). This isn't the first time this wash has had problems. I guess I'll just have to take my business elsewhere, somewhere more reliable - I will not come back!

I came early in the morning 7 am on Saturday it’s says open at 7am in the morning when I call lady was rude said it’s take another half nd hour to open vacuum. That is so unprofessional answer.

What a waste of time and money. The pictures speak volumes. I paid for the "signature clean" which includes vacuuming, vinyl/plastic scrub, mat "shampoo", etc, etc. This was $45. I also paid for their highest priced drive-through exterior wash. All-in-all, I paid ~$72 including tax. I usually do my own cleaning at Sonic Car wash in West Kelowna. With a grand total of ~$8-$10 for the drive-in selfwash. And the included free vacuuming and mat wash...a little wash-down of the interior and some protectant, I'm done. Total cost no more than $10 and a little elbow grease. And total time around 45-60 minutes. I'm selling this vehicle and was a bit busy this weekend. Read the reviews for Skogie, and thought I'd let "professionals" handle this job this time. What a mistake. I do a far, far better job in almost half the time and with a little effort. I waited nearly 1.5 hours and paid over $70 to get back a vehicle that was still dirty. The white stuff in the console flakes off with ease using a fingernail. As you can see, they left it there. The mats were still dirty, as shown. Dirt on the door sills still. Specks and dirt all over the rest of the vehicle that shouldn't be there if they made even the minimum effort to vacuum properly. I mean finding an entire pine needle on the back seat (as shown), shows what terrible work they did. If you pay $45 for what's essentially a glorified vacuuming job, that should never, ever happen. And their exterior wash was no better. The drive through wash I get occasionally from Esso is much, much, much better. Pictures tell the story there too. $18 exterior wash and the vehicle looks like a dirty vehicle that was hosed down only. Like others I see scratches on my hood that were not there before the drive-through wash. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO THIS TERRIBLE CARWASH!! What a rip-off. Thanks for nothing, Otto and Garret.

Every time I visit this establishment, I leave satisfied. The service is excellent, my car is clean inside and out, and for a reasonable price. In addition, the location of the Underhill Skogie's makes it easy to take care of my vehicles. From Chris and Bonnie in the office to the young staff towelling off your car after a wash (which is a much-appreciated service, BTW), I have nothing but positive feedback. Thank you!
