Petro-Canada & Car Wash - Kelowna

Awful, disorganized, uppity staff. Never have coffee ready. Today I went in and again, no coffee ready. Literally nothing. Staff member was filling up coffee urn and just standing there, watching. She said it would take 10min more mins. In the early AM, rush hour! No coffee ready, and when I complained I don't have time for this - just want my coffee she shrugged her shoulders at me. I eventually did get my coffee but then was approached by a Manager and owner telling me 'I'm not welcome there and take my business elsewhere because I'm always causing issues'?? Really? When they - as a business are so disorganized as to not properly prepare for rush hour. Understand, many times, as this is a convenient gas station for me to stop at - I have been thwarted either by Skogee's machines being down, no coffee ready at all and staff that clearly do not care about their jobs. 2 weeks ago, their coffee machines caught fire. So that time, again, no and I avoided that gas station as a result. Today's experience was just awful and I was the one being accused of causing an issue? REDICULOUS. Uppity staff think they know everything, where is my customer service. I didn't even get to discuss it with the owner, he just kept saying 'take your business elsewhere'. You know - people are in a godamn hurry in the morning? 10mins and I'm late for work and don't tell me to pre-plan than, I can't predict how disorganized or backed up a business is going to be. Its up that business to sort that stuff out and anticipate the needs of their clients. And if not having coffee ready is their solution to rush hour business, then don't go to this Petro. Awful gas station, slow and uncaring staff, uppity managers. SJWs.

After filling up my tank, I went into the store to buy some lotto tics. The cashier was new and he processed my transaction perfectly! He apologized for double-checking as he was in training, and I was happy that he was being thorough and wasn't rushing with the transaction!

Clean and well stocked, did the car wash for the first time awhile ago and the gentleman was standing in front of the sign that says to put your car in neutral. The gentleman who was blocking the sign was very rude. I don't know if they have changed it since I used it that one and only time, but the sign telling you to put your car in neutral should not be partway down the wash bay and small enough that a average sized person can block it. I decided then and there I would never use that station for anything

After their pump double-charged my credit card, received absolutely zero help from the attendant and had to file a dispute with my credit card provider. Of course, this happened on a Friday evening, so I'll have to wait three business days (Wednesday) to get my money back. Judging from the reviews of this place, I should have known better.

A good car wash, was happy with the result. However, the staff member at the entrance was unhelpful and rude when I had trouble disengaging the auto hold on my vehicle. I find it hard to believe I’m the first to have that happen and some help would’ve been great instead of angrily telling me to back out and creating issues for everyone behind me. Some customer service training would go a long way.

Love this place, the staff are friendly and nice, and I’ve been using the car wash here for many years, they usually dry off the car at the end no matter which level wash you choose, except for today, there was nobody there to dry. It’s usually a nice feature. They also have an interior car cleaning service, but I have not ever used it myself so I can’t give a review of that portion. Would be great if they had a monthly subscription based car wash like some other places, maybe that will happen some day.

The self serve car wash has become disappointing. Every time I come here the wash bays are either out of soap or have broken nozzles. I'll be going elsewhere for a while until they can improve their service quality.
