He got us pretty much everything we wanted! He went above and beyond to walk us through all of the processes as first time homebuyers as well as answered all of our questions with patience. I would definitely use Kent Armstrong again and recommend him to anyone. He put our interest before his in showing us a 2 percent listing which we in the end bought thereby resulting in a reduced commission for him. He was always easy to get hold of and willing to show us all we asked of him. He did turnaround and sell our condo within a short period of time.
