In the past we have had brokers who didn’t clearly communicate process, the conditions or the details of the mortgage itself - Ash did all of those things (and more) so professionally and thoroughly. If you want a broker who will answer every email or call or text promptly and work tirelessly to get a great mortgage for you, then he’s your guy! Prior to our purchase he worked with us to determine a good budget based on our financial position (we so appreciated you doing this, I know it was above and beyond!) and once we found the home we wanted he worked quickly to get us approved so that we could satisfy our financing condition. It could not have been more smooth (so smooth that I called him twice panicking that it felt too easy and wondering when would things fall apart - sorry for being a stress case Ash!). Thank you for all your hard work; we can’t wait to work with you again!

He helped us improve our credit situation by explaining what we needed to do to accomplish it in a short period of time. He came up with numerous scenarios thereby giving us many choices.
