★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No doubt sunrype is big company but on the other hand management is very poor. There are old employees who hates to new employees. Some old employees back biting about others and complaint to the newcomers.They never trained the employees and put on the work and then if they do few mistakes then they fired without taking any hearing back from employee.
i worked for sunrype they hired me as package operator and they gave me only two days training and put on actual shifts on next week. After that, almost one month in labour was complete they gave me 3 day training and week after that they terminated me without giving specific reasons.After 1 month 20 days they fired me they told me you are not doing well and they fired me , they never gave me chance to give my opinion.former workers trying to gaining more respect in the eyes of managers . i wait more than one month in their hiring process but they fired me without telling me the reason and said “it is not your fault “. That moment was very hard for me and that was only job i have .
