The work crews were cordial and polite, and their experience and application to the tasks at hand was very much appreciated.
On both occasions we were very pleased with the professional and businesslike manner of the staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shoreline was AWESOME! We looked at a couple quotes before deciding on Shoreline. Nick (our sales guy) was fantastic. Replied to all my emails in a very timely manor. Helped me understand the process from start to finish.
The crews who did the work were FANTASTIC! All were super nice.
Brittany (manager) was awesome too. She replied super quick to my text. She was on site with coffees for her crews....
Overall our experience with the Shoreline team was awesome and we (my family) would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone looking to build a dock!
Can say enough good things about this group of people!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am a new customer, as I just recently bought a house with a dock, that included a boat lift originally supplied by Shoreline. I have been very impressed so far in my dealings with Shoreline! The communication has been great! We set up a date to complete the work required, and the guys showed up on that date. The technicians were very friendly and knowledgeable. As I have no prior experience with boat lifts, the guys asked what type of boat I was planning on using, and made some recommendations about how I could optimize the use of the lift. After completing the work originally contemplated, they returned the next day (enroute to another job) to complete the additional work, and now I am all set to go for when I return from Alberta with my new boat! I strongly recommend Shoreline!

The technician checked a bunker on the lift and it was determined it did not have to be replaced which saved us a substantial amount of money. Shoreline is very customer oriented and I appreciated their communication and focus on our needs while keeping costs in mind. Thank you Brittany
