T	TJ Riemer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst experiences we've ever had at any store. My boyfriend and his sister got accused of stealing a pair of shoes. These shoes were not even a brand sold by Urban Planet, and they had the receipt because they had bought the shoes only about 30 mins before from Payless. They tried repeatedly to explain this to the woman screaming at them about stealing in front of numerous other customers, at which she decided just to call them "rude". She refused to accept that the shoes were not stolen EVEN THOUGH they were a brand not sold by her store and they had the receipt. She was clearly embarrassed by her own actions and rather than admit her mistake and apologize she just kept blindly claiming they were stealing. Now as anyone who has EVER worked in any sort of retail job knows, if you think someone is stealing, you do not yell it at them in front of numerous other customers. You contact security (it is a mall location so security is readily available) and let them handle it. You are not allowed legally to claim someone is stealing publicly. It was horrifying and hugely embarrassing. IT WASNT EVEN A BRAND THE STORE SOLD. How dare you? He works in the mall and his customers could easily have been standing witness to this and something like this could effect his employment at his job. This as absolutely unprofessional and downright cruel. Who does that?! The customer service of this woman was absolutely appalling. How embarrassing and cruel. They showed her the receipt, they showed her the brand, and she was too petty and childish to let it go and apologize. Disgusting.
J	Jodie Bauman on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love the clothes here, but geez, the staff is terrible. The worst thing is the change rooms. The mirrors are on the outside. Last time I went to try on clothes, one of the male staff members had a bunch of his buddies hanging out. I couldn't imagine any girls, young or old, being comfortable trying on clothes with a bunch of teenages boys watching.....
A	Abbey R on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible (no) customer service. Placed an online order on November 21, and it is now December 27 and I still do not have my order. The Canada Post tracking hasn’t been updated since November 29. I emailed Urban Planet 3 times and got the same answer word for word every time. There is no phone number to call. I will never order from here again!
J	Jenae Grant on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointed with their service. I placed an order online for the first time on December 4th expecting to receive my small order by Christmas. It is now December 20th and the tracking information is telling me an expected delivery date of December 30th. As it is Christmas season, I had placed many online shopping orders from other stores well after that date and I have already received them. Very disappointed I will now have to scramble to find replacement gifts for Christmas morning.

While she was waiting in line she was publicly embarrassed by the female manager that told my mom “you’re drunk you need to leave”. she didn’t bother to assess the situation.. she just made assumptions and embarrassed her in front of a lineup of people which brought my mom to tears. her idea of an apology was allowing my mom to stay and shop as long as a employee “assisted” her. the manager showed no sympathy and was very rude when confronted. super unprofessional. 0 customer service skills. the manager is an embarrassment.

A manager opened up a til to deal with a situation, then closed it after helping customer. I went (having stood for half an hour, I asked if she was open. She said rudely 'no.'). She then went on to fold pants, while half the lineup abandoned their purchases. Very poorly managed and manager was rude.
