They gave me the wrong refund so i went back to the store three times but their response was terrible.The young girl who was working there, she should’ve refunded six items but she missed one item on the receipt so she gave me back less money than what i should’ve got. so i went back there to resolve it nicely first, but she insisted she was right. She didn’t even try to see and check it if she actually did something wrong. When i first found their mistake from the receipt, i never expected they would be so unprofessional like that. so I was really frustrated and flustered as well at the time and i couldn’t really demand because my English is not good yet. so i gave up making them to listen to me though i went back there THREE times. They seemed they were so sure that they never make mistake. I brought my bf who could help me in terms of language issue to the store the next day and finally the manager gave me right money with looking brusque. And there was NO apologize. What a shameless. Especially the girl who actually made mistake, she needs to learn how to admit her mistake Instead pretending professional and innocent in front of her manager.

I came in today to get my ears pierced. Jaelynn was awesome, what great customer service from her. She explained everything thoroughly, and was very patient with making sure I was happy where the piercing was going. The other girl working seems quite bossy and a bit of a bully towards her, also lazy. She ended up leaving the store to take out garbage, which I don't think was right. Leaving Jaelynn alone, having to watch the store and give me my service. Which she did have to leave to check out other customers. Meaning having to re sanitize and change her gloves. I'm sure taking out garbages could have waited. Thanks Jaelynn for your great customer service. Your very sweet and I'm sorry you have to work with someone like that. How unfair.

DO NOT GET YOUR EARS PIERCED HERE i got 4 lobe piercings here and they are infected majorly a week later, despite me being super careful and cleaning them as told.... the jewellery is so cheap and gun method is terrible. it was truly a waste of $ and now time and is causing me stress that could have been avoided if i went to a real piercer

Store is small and cramped. Manager was on till, and sat idly chatting on the phone while I was waiting to be rung up on the till for at least 10 minutes. She definitely knew I was there, and chose to ignore me in favor of an unimportant conversation. This is unacceptable behavior, I have knowledge that the phone is to only be used for business, but yet the manager feels entitled to ignore the rules.

I wanted to thank the employee that was there today, July 20th around 2pm. I didn't get your name but you were the one that helped my daughter. She's 6 and one of her earrings was becoming embedded in her ear which I didn't realize. You were patient and gentle and removed the earring for us. So thank you.

I went in to get my ears pierced a couple of days ago, and after I got home I realized they had pierced my ears with the wrong jewelry. When I went back in, I spoke to Jaylynn (the same girl who pierced my ears) and she was extremely unpleasant and unhelpful. When I explained that she used the wrong jewelry, and asked if I could have the correct jewelry to change out the piercing, she said β€œI guess I could call the other manager and see” in a very rude tone. She checked with the other manager and then explained that she would need to take out my ear rings, and re-pierce my ears with the new ones. I kindly asked if I could just keep both of them so I could change them out once they healed, and they refused. It seems very unreasonable that I would have to get my ears re-pierced because of a mistake they made... their final solution was to make me come back in 6 weeks after which they could exchange the jewelry. But I won’t even be living in kelowna in 6 weeks. When I left, I said thanks, and Jaylynn rolled her eyes at me. Terrible experience, do not get your ears pierced here. I paid $100 and didn’t even get what I asked for.

I would like to thank the staff member who was working Nov. 11 at around 2pm. My mother's one hole had partially grown over. It was very busy in the store and she was the only staff on shift.She was exceedingly patient and efficient while trying to reopen the hole. Wonderful service.
