★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought an OLED television yeterday. Mario gave me a great deal on an "open box" 55 inch LG. Of course I purchased their Geek squad warranty as the factory warranties are not the best.
They packaged it up well and three staff members brought it out to my vehicle, and one explained how it should be handled for best delivery to the house. Outstanding service from Mario, Roger, Cade and Dustin.
Oh, and the television is second to none. Always excellent service from this location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have always had good customer service at best buy. But Kyra today was beyond exceptional. I felt that she was 100% on my side through out the entire return process. As a result I have happily recieved a new watch in exchange for my faulty old one I got a while back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Initially I was super happy with service walking out with an iPad Pro. Added insurance for the device under the assumption It was month to month considering we didn’t thoroughly go over an agreement, (no review of cancellation fees or term length). Called into geek squad to to cancel the insurance to find out I agreed to a contract when I set it up. It would’ve been completely fine if I was initially told the insurance was a contract commitment as I would’ve just passed on it.
Not a fan of leaving such a low review considering my experience was relatively pleasant, but to swindle someone into committing to a contract term on insurance for an iPad without even reviewing anything besides the included coverage is just scummy ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Takunda ( I hope I spell it correct) was very helpful and knowledgeable. She didn’t go to the most expensive product and just sell me anything. She took her time and talked to me about all types of products in a range of prices. She was a super pleasant girl.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been to the Kelowna location, 3 times in the past few weeks. My mission was to decide if I wanted an iPhone 13 or 13 Pro. Each time I was assisted by "Apple" Steve. He was a huge help, gave me all the information I needed to make a well informed decision. It was disappointing that I could not purchase the model/colour I wanted at that store. However, I returned to buy my new toy her accessories. I could have saved money by heading to Amazon, but after such a great experience, it seemed unfair. Daniel, in the mobility department was also very helpful on my last visit. Thank you Best Buy for having such great employees!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome experience - went in today after 6pm with my kids. Everyone, from the gentleman at the door to the cashier, was super friendly and helpful. Big shoutout to the cashiers who patiently helped my kids and an extra “THANK YOU and awesome customer service” to Louis (Trainee) who did an excellent job and turned out to be super knowledgeable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was really wonderful! I was having a rough day but they were lovely and supportive. One suggestion might be for customers to have a designated place to drop off old electronics etc. instead of the shopping carts at the front. Can you please bring the recycling bins back??

He was extremely helpful, friendly and made the whole experience easy for us. I would also like to acknowledge Daniel in the same dept for helping us with a rather weird issue that came up with our new plan. He was able to contact the right people to fix the problem for us in a very timely manner. Thanks guys!
