β β β β β Wonderful place. Kristin helped me a lot for my car insurance. My previous insurance company wrote my last name wrong. Kristin even helped me to fix that. If you are looking for any type of insurance, I recommend the place.

Went in to get my insurance transferred from pleasure to business Because I work for Interior health, the lady Said that she couldn't wait on the phone to get authorization, I could see if it was busy and there was people waiting but there was no one else in there. Definitely will not be recommending nor will I go back there. Maybe it's because I'm indigenous???

β β β β β In January of this year we purchased covid insurance from Westland Ins. for 2 seniors at a cost of $449.70 to cover a trip to Puerto Vallarta.
The insurer was (Allianz). Unfortunately, we tested positive before returning to Canada and were quarantined for 10 days. Having the insurance, we filed our claim with Allianz in late February and here it is almost the end of March and the Insurer has yet to process our claim and/or have indicated that there is a problem !! Was the purchase of this coverage from a responsible organization or some sort of scam ??
