★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our senior dog is very sweet but gets a bit cranky when he is groomed. The staff at the Kelowna Pet Smart grooming were amazing. Thank you so much for taking such great care of our boy! 10/10 care!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I adopted an adult cat through AlleyCat Alliance and Pet Smart houses some of their cats.
The adoption process was incredibly easy.
Pet Smart has really convenient hours. I got a coupon booklet which saved me about $100 in cat supplies. Selection isn't amazing but good considering the recent flooding, trucking issues, and covid in general.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have been shopping here for years. They have a large assortment of fish at good prices. Lots and lots of choices for cat and dog food. Plus, tons of play items. Never had a problem returning items. Also, the new location is easier to access.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff member here that helped my son and I (I think her name was Victoria) was so nice and helpful. My son had done a lot of research before heading to the store with his life savings to purchase his Hamster (Mr. Nibbles). Victoria helped to make sure we got the right cage, bedding, food and toys so Mr. Nibbles would be happy and comfortable in his new home. She let us know hamsters can bite, but with the right care and some training they will make wonderful pets. She was very patient and happy to show my son each of the little hamsters so he could make a good choice. This was a big moment for him, and I really appreciate that she was not rushed or inconvenienced by all our questions. They have lots of pet supplies, toys and treats at this store, and I would recommend this place to my friends and family.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took my dog for grooming, amazing service and super amazing staff, great price and deals for grooming packages..... I have an American Akita And she blows her coat out twice a year.... they did a super fantastic job at getting all her speeding fur out and she smell amazing.... highly recommend ? was my fist time taking my dog to pet smart grooming and its the only place I would ever take my dog ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place where our puppy got Basic Puppy Training. I recommend this course to all puppy/dog owners.
Barb, our pup trainer is an amazing trainer. So patient, knowledgeable and experienced.
She taught us and the other dog parents on the class how to handle our dogs and how to be in control. We are so proud of our puppy.
She's a smart pup and the training enhanced it even more.
You can find so much food variety in here.
(BTW: The only place where I could find puppy milk replacement, in Kelowna).
Also the only place that still carries cat flushable (toilet safe) wood base litter (to train your cat to use the toilet for her business).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Myself, I’ve had a fairly good experience at this location. The staff is usually friendly, the areas are cleaned from what I can see. The animals in the enclosures seem fairly happy. When I received my crested gecko, he was a little skinny. But I can’t blame them for that, even now he’s still a fairly picky eater and won’t eat inside his enclosure, I have to take him out each time to feed him. I don’t expect the workers to do that to every single animal in the store. And with the fish, the conditions aren’t ideal. Small containers with many fish, but also those are just temporary. I have gotten my beta over a year ago now, and he’s doing completely fine and same with both of my snails. All of the animals I’ve gotten from here hold up well and are pretty resilient. I’ve also purchased many cat products as well, they’re all pretty well priced. You pay for something cheap, it’s going to be cheap quality. So I recommend get something at a fair price and it’ll be good quality and last for a long time. And I 100% recommend the collar tags, I’ve had mine for 7 years now and not much wear and tear to them.
