This store truly cares ❤ best prices ,best choices ,very knowledgeable staff A++++ GREAT JOB

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love our Bosley's, the girls are always so friendly and helpful. When our pupper was having an allergic reaction to her food they helped us find a food that wouldn't make her sick and refunded us for the bag of food that had chicken in it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have started looking after our niece's dog when she is at work. He likes to eat his kibble out of a Kong. We purchased a Kong (to keep at our house) on Mar 03/22. When I opened it, the opening looked bigger than the Kong she brings for him. I had purchased the wrong size (confirmed when she dropped him off the next day). On Mar 04/22 I returned to the store to exchange the Kong for a smaller one (with my receipt). I was told that the packaging was wrinkled and they refused to offer an exchange. Their receipt says "items returned opened or without a receipt can be exchanged or refunded to a store gift card". I have included a photo of the package and the back of the receipt. Due to the customer service that we received, I will never shop at Bosley's again.
If I could choose zero star's, I would have.
UPDATE - Touched base with Customer Service. They replied promptly and were very friendly and helpful. They contacted the store manager and arranged for an exchange (which I did today). I will happily deal with Bosley's again, however not with the Lake Country location.
